Description
The holiday cottage overlooks the moat of Newtimber Place, which is about 7 miles north of the city of Brighton and Hove.
Main bedroom
It sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms - one king and one twin and one single. It is heated by an air source heat pump.
It has a garden with a barbecue. The garden is fenced, but small children would have to be supervised as there is deep water nearby.
Sitting room with smart TV
The master bedroom and single bedroom are upstairs along with the main bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is a downstairs bathroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a fitted kitchen with the usual appliances including freezer, microwave, washer/dryer machine and dishwasher. There is parking for 2 cars.
Kitchen
There are lots of walks nearby and the cottage is within the South Downs National Park. Towels, linen, central heating, hot water and electric are all included in the price (Except car charging). There is an EV charge point on site to charge your car - it's a 7.2KW mode 3 with a Type 2 socket so you'd need to bring your own lead. Due to the price of electric, this is chargeable.
Patio with seating
We also include liquid soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, washing powder, tea and coffee etc. We regret we cannot accept pets as sheep graze adjoining the cottage. We do not allow smoking inside the cottage.
