Orchard Cottage is situated in a walled garden, and it has its own separate garden. As such it is ideal for families, and although it has stairs, we have provided a bedroom downstairs for those who prefer to live on one level.

The holiday cottage is situated inside a former walled garden within the grounds of Newtimber Place, which is about 7 miles north of the city of Brighton and Hove. There are fruit trees on the walls and the rest of the area is grass. The nearest neighbour is the other side of the wall!
The cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms - one king, one double and one twin and is available for booking for full weeks for holidays. It is also available for short breaks during the winter.
Orchard Cottage - master bedroom
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bath; the twin bedroom has its own shower room and toilet (adjoining, not ensuite) and the downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Orchard Cottage - kitchen area
There is a fully fitted kitchen with the usual appliances including freezer, microwave, washer/dryer machine and dishwasher. There is parking for 3 cars. The rear garden is fenced securely for children.
There are lots of walks nearby and the cottage is within the South Downs National Park.
Orchard Cottage - dining area
Towels, linen, central heating, hot water and electric are all included in the price. There is an EV charge point to charge your car - it's a 7.2KW mode 3 with a Type 2 socket so you'd need to bring your own lead.
We also include liquid soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, washing powder, tea and coffee etc
We regret we cannot accept pets as sheep graze adjoining the cottage.
We do not allow smoking inside the cottage.
