The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Harrogate offering three bedrooms and two shower rooms, one en suite. Eco conscious filled with pre loved furniture but brand new super comfy beds with mattress toppers and linens. The flat is a five minute walk into Harrogate Town Centre and almost opposite the Exhibition Centre, perfect for business, shopping, site seeing and evenings out - no taxi home needed! We offer on site parking for one car (height restricted to less than a transit van) and easy access to the apartment via a ramp/stairs and lift. The apartment has an open plan sitting room, dining area and fabulous fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to make coffee or cook a five course meal. The dining table expands to seat 6 people. With three separate bedrooms offering two super king sized beds and two full size singles you are spoilt for choice. There is also a desk in the largest bedroom should someone have to work. We are ideal for families, couple and singles, work or pleasure and provide a travel cot and high chair, along with games, puzzles, toys and a great selection of dvd’s. As mentioned in reviews, beware of the ceilings, especially when visiting the bathroom in the night. Water needs to be boosted or runs out of hot water, not an issue though as instructions are clear.

Overall a very well appointed apartment in a very central location. Nothing really to not like, apart from a second parking space would have been a plus.
