John is a wonderful host who welcomed us to his incredible property and made us feel very at home. The gardens are beautiful and the pool (which we heated) is spectacular. Multiple living areas and outdoor spaces made the house very comfortable for our group of 9 adults and 4 children - everyone had a place to go to read or for some respite from the group - and the enormous outdoor dining table made for an excellent dinner spot amongst the well lit olive trees.
We had a magnificent stay at this property. We were a group of 8 with teens, young adults and over 50’s. Fun was had by all with the table tennis, swimming pool and table football. The property was of a scale that we all had on our space and then could get together in the communal areas for meals and games. I would highly recommend and we hope to be back.
We were a group of two families with young adult children and their friends plus a dog. The house was perfect for our needs ... plenty of bedrooms and space for all. The pool was a big hit, with ample sunbeds for everyone. We had BBQs outside the kitchen, sitting at the wonderful large table, looking out over the terraces and pool lit at night. This ice machine was a big hit, plus A/C in all the bedrooms. The local area was beautiful, we particularly enjoyed Valbonne. There are plenty of places to eat out and we even had Uber Eats delivery pizza one night! We did day trips to Cannes and Monaco as well. John and Rachael were really helpful and made the whole process of booking, providing information, plus arrival and departure really easy. I would recommend and love to go back!
In this beautiful house you will immediately feel at home, partly thanks to the warm welcome of John. It is large and cozily furnished with several floors, so you can always find a private place with a large group. The varied garden is a coup de coeur with the large, well maintained swimming pool with outdoor bar/BBQ and plenty of seating and berths. There is also a large dining table and BBQ at the house. A wonderful place for an unforgettable vacation with family and friends.
This property and host is truly a 10/10 experience. We cannot recommend it highly enough as being none other than amazing!
We stayed there for one week for a familiy gathering and spent an amzing time. Very calm location. Perfect hideaway on the contryside. The property is well equipped. Absolutely nothing was missing. We''re definitely coming back. Thank You John...
