It is situated in the very heart of the farm and has been enhanced with west facing bay windows overlooking green idyllic fields. Renovated to bring it up to the modern ideas of comfort the cottage still retains its charm and character. It has been decorated and furnished to a high standard to make an ideal touring base whilst managing to keep a homely atmosphere.
Downstairs is the entrance hall, dining room, sitting room and fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs is one double room with a small side room big enough for a cot, a twin bedded room and a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, hand basin and shaver point. The cottage is fully centrally heated by oil. It is warm and cosy all year round as it is extremely well insulated and double glazed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, split level hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven, automatic washer / dryer as well as all the usual items such as iron, electric kettle etc. The cottage also has a television and superfast broadband.
There is a safe private garden and plenty of car parking space. Electricity and oil are all included in the rent and all linen, towels and tea towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available if needed but you will have to bring your own cot bedding with you.
