Downstairs, there is a light and airy fitted kitchen/dining room which is equipped with all the usual modern appliances, including: a fan oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer drier. A door leads out into the garden.

In the lounge there is a sumptuous sofa and comfortable chairs which are centred around a traditional stone fireplace and wood-burning stove. For your entertainment there is a 50" TV, a Blu Ray player and a music system.

Upstairs, you will discover two elegant bedrooms, both of which are fully furnished. The master bedroom, has splendid views of the garden, and boasts a comfortable king-size four-poster bed, a 32” TV, and a luxury ensuite shower room. In here, you’ll find a refreshing 'air boost' power shower, hand basin and WC.

The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds. There is also a fully fitted bathroom which has a rejuvenating power shower over the bath to give you a great start to the day.

Outside: a delightful, enclosed private patio garden with a table, chairs, and a sunshade.
