Courtyard Cottage is an attractive single-story stone cottage, sleeping up to 4 guests in two bedrooms. The cottage is well suited to guests with limited mobility, having just a single step at the front door. Beautifully restored and fully equipped to a very high standard, it offers you a luxurious, relaxing base for a break in North Devon at any time of year.

Downstairs: The contemporary oak kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect in a self-catering holiday cottage, including: a fan oven, hob, microwave, full height fridge freezer, washing machine, drier, and dishwasher, as well as a large dining table and a 40" TV.

The lovely comfortable sitting room boasts a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace with a warming wood burning stove for those winter breaks. There is also a 42" TV, Blu Ray player, sound bar & music system in the lounge to keep the whole family entertained!

Upstairs: The master bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, a 42" television, and an ensuite bathroom with an invigorating power shower over the large shower bath.

The second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite with walk-in shower, equipped with a power shower, hand basin and WC.

Outside there is a sunny paved private garden for you to enjoy the summer sunshine.
