Downstairs: The impressive oak kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you might need during your stay, including: two ovens, large 5 burner hob and microwave. The kitchen connects to a spacious dining room which has its own 42” TV and music system. A large oak table seats 12 guests – it’s the perfect space for entertaining and communal dining!

The large, comfortable sitting room boasts a stone fireplace with a gas wood burner, a 42" TV and a Blu Ray player.

Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a spacious double room which is fitted with a dresser and a wardrobe. Next door to the double bedroom is luxury bathroom with a luxurious corner bath. The comfortable twin room boasts lovely views of the North Devon countryside, and there is also a single room which is well lit by a Velux window.

Outside: Patio doors in the living room lead out to a garden with bench seating and lawn area, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy an alfresco lunch, or take a well-earned siesta.

This cottage is located directly opposite our indoor swimming pool – perfect for a quick morning dip!
