Beautiful setting, beautiful property! Clean, fully equipped like it was my own home! Nespresso coffee machine and everything! Even left us a bottle of wine :) lovely touch! Had a lovely time and would definitely visit again! Sarlat is worth a visit and also Rocamadour was stunning! 100% worth braving the cliff top roads :) Property is well maintained, clean - soft bed sheets and very comfy bed! 4 big lovely rooms and could easily fit 2 families in! We went canoeing, horse riding and golfing! Also to the kids water park in Souillac which was included for free with kayaking which was good!!
We enjoyed a supremely relaxing holiday as a solo couple for one week and then with friends for the second week. The house catered for our every need, was clean, well maintained and cool (considering it was 30+ degrees everyday of our stay, this was a welcome relief from the heat). We found that there was lots of things to do in the local area, especially visiting beautiful places, they are in abundance in this area but also found there to be many events including festivals, markets and a medieval day in Rocamadour during our stay! I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break away, we certainly did not want to come home!
beautiful house lovely location, very clean and comfortable. surrounding area full of interesting things to see and do. would recommend this property and am saving again so we can take the younger grandchilren next time.
