Description
DescriptionSea Esta Cottage is situated on Perran Court, a central location, close to the village amenities including table tennis table, archery, tennis court, pub and pool, but is not affected by traffic as it is on a cul-de-sac.
Living area
Enter through the front door into the hallway with cloakroom under the stairs. To your right is a door into the well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need for a self-catering holiday. There’s a dining space with table, chairs and bench. The rear living space has 2 sofas, tub chair, and Smart TV with DVD player. Double patio doors lead onto the rear patio garden. We leave toys, games and DVD's for you to enjoy during your stay.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom at the rear has a double bed, plenty of clothes storage, dressing table / mirror, and Smart TV. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a full-size single bed and deep storage cupboard. Both bedrooms share the newly refitted bathroom with toilet, basin, rainfall shower over the bath with extra hand-held shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet off the hall.
Heating
Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in winter months.
Outside space
French doors from the living area open onto the sunny patio with wooden table and seating for six, and a small lawned area with hedges for privacy.
Parking
There are multiple parking bays to both the front and rear of the cottage.

By Paul on 11-Aug-2024Sea Esta - Break away with my daughter and grandson. I stayed in the main bedroom which was very comfortable. Daughter stayed on the single bed while my grandson happily made every effort to make the most of the bunkbeds for himself. Situated 5 mins from Filey, 15 either way from Bridlington and Scarborough and 45 mins from Whitby. We packed so much in while being able to enjoy the onsite Pool and other amenities. Leaving at 9:30 was no issue as we were able to head to Bridlington and park up in the harbour car park (which hasn’t happened in over 20 years). The bonus of being close to sea side towns, instead of 2 hours away is enjoying the quieter times. It’s a lovely stroll to the beach with the dog. Great place for my grandson to be able to scooter round safely. He made friends quickly with other children staying in the same cul-de-sac. Lovely clean quiet place with everything you need. Having body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided was a lovely touch. Really is a great place to stay and highly recommended. We had a fabulous stay. We will return.

It is welcoming, clean and attractively presented with everything you need. The cottage is suitable for couples and young families and is in a prime location for all the amenities. The manager, Paula, responds promptly if there are any issues, which is very reassuring. We had an enjoyable stay at Sea Esta cottage and can highly recommend it.
