Living Area
Sea Air has a generous open plan living / dining space. The lounge area has a Smart TV/DVD player, two large sofas, a dining area with table, 2 chairs & bench. The galley kitchen has a washer/dryer, fridge (with ice box), hob, oven, microwave and plenty of pots and pans.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Off the hall to the right is the main bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The bedroom has a storage cupboard with hanging space, drawers, vanity area, and Smart TV. Across the hall is the second bedroom with full-size bunks, TV, drawers, and clothes stand. Next to the second bedroom is the recently refurbished family bathroom with bath and overhead rainfall shower with adjustable handheld shower too.
Heating
Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in the winter months.
Outside Area
Sea Air is close to the meadows for walks and picnics, and you are welcome to use the lawned area in front of or behind the apartment for sitting out. All grounds are communal?.
Parking
There are large parking bays on Woodspring Way, just outside the apartment. There's also two electric car charging points on Woodspring Way - payment required.
Other Things to Note
Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
This apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs only.
This property does NOT have a dishwasher.

By John on 01-Oct-2024This is the second time we have been in this apartment and it was as good this time as the first time. Its the ideal location for any hops to Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough. We will be back in either the end of this year or in the new year, depending on the weather.
Very clean apartment
By Dean on 13-Sep-2024Had an enjoyable three nights at the above apartment. Very clean. We took the dog, with hindsight we should of stayed in a house or a ground floor apartment. But we always enjoy staying at the Bay. It's a great base for visiting the east coast of Yorkshire.
