Description
Norman's Nook is new to Filey Bay Direct in 2024, after an extensive programme of redecoration and refurbishment completing in March.It is situated on The Parade, close to other properties, with a quiet south-facing patio which opens onto a communal boules court. Parking bays nearby on Green Close and Woodsping Way (first come first served).
Enter through the front door into a hallway with stairs up, and downstairs cloakroom. To your left is a door through to the open plan living space, with kitchen, dining table and chairs, sofas, and large wall-mounted smart TV. French doors in the lounge area lead to the private patio with wooden furniture, brick built BBQ (disposables recommended) and sunny outlook across the boules court.
To the right is the downstairs bedroom with TV and storage, ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms - the main kingsize bedroom with TV, storage, and its own ensuite shower room, and a twin bedroom. There is also a larger than average family bathroom with bath and a shower over.
Please note: the fridge is an under-counter fridge with ice box. A separate worktop freezer is available (we will set up for you) as an optional extra.

We have booked through this company a number of times and their properties do not disappoint. Moreover, the service and communication are excellent.
Lovely base for the weekend

Bank holiday weekend at The Bay
By Anon on 02-Jun-2024We had a lovely weekend stay at Norman's Nook. Surprisingly spacious and the teenagers enjoyed having a bedroom each. Very clean and tastefully furnished by the owners. The site was busy but we didn't struggle with parking nearby. Would definitely stay again.
