Description
Pebble Place is new to Filey Bay Direct in 2024, and is furnished to a high standard with new carpets throughout.Deceptively spacious, with the benefit of a separate lounge and dining/kitchen, its an excellent choice for a family of up to 6, or a multi-generational group.
The kitchen-diner has booth seating for up to 6 plus room for a high chair. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and under-counter fridge with ice box.
The lounge has 2 large sofas, armchair, large screen TV, wii for games, and access to the courtyard area with seating and BBQ.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed with storage around and a new dressing table and TV and its own ensuite shower room
The second bedroom has a day bed which can be made up as a single or can be extended to make a kingsize if required
The third bedroom is a spacious twin with wardrobe and bedside tables.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over.
Parking spaces to the front (across the road) or the rear.
One small dog welcome.

By Tim on 05-Sep-2024We have recently returned from a 4 night stay at Pebble Place and loved every minute. The property itself was perfect for us – family of 4 with two young kids plus two grandparents who joined us for 2 nights. All of the rooms are spacious, clean and decorated lovely. It really is a home from home. The property is also brilliantly located on The Bay estate, close to the Square with the pub, shop and leisure facilities. It's only 15 minutes from the beach on a really lovely walk (although the final approach to the beach is pretty steep). I would recommend Pebble Place to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful stay with access to anything you need.
Our new favourite property
By Victoria on 10-May-2024After using FBD for 6 years we’ve had our favourite accommodations which have suited our family (& finances). Well Pebble Place is our new favourite. The space was perfect for us, no tripping over the dog or queuing in the hallway to get your shoes on. There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of. There’s always something I forget (cling film, dishwasher, toilet roll etc…) but they are there just in case. The Wii is a great touch and we had soo much fun with it. Thank you Pebble beach, hopefully visit again soon
