Bempton View is a stunning property with unrestricted panoramic sea views from the balcony off the main bedroom suite. Close to the beach, playground and village centre but in a quiet corner

Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. To the right is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room. Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a large kitchen with dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven, grill, hob, wine fridge, microwave and washing machine. There’s a dining area with room for 10 people, and then through to the lounge area with log burner and TV with netflix included. Two large sofas and a large armchair and additional seating to accommodate the whole family. Bifold doors open onto the large patio with seating and brick BBQ (disposables only).

Upstairs there is the amazing main bedroom suite with an ensuite shower room, TV, and bifold doors onto the balcony with views to Bempton cliffs.

There are 2 further bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed, and the final one with one set of bunk beds and a single bed, perfect for kids. These rooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower over. We also have an extra folding bed so we can sleep 10 if required (max 8 adults).

There’s a parking space for 2 cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles. Guests have access to the dedicated EV charger - just log into the app and pay for any charge used.
