Sarahs home is welcoming and tasteful and charming Gillian September 2021 Gillian We had a fabulous week in Falmouth staying in Sarah’s lovely big and quirky house. It’s very spacious with lovely big lounge and bedrooms, all with their own individual styles. The kitchen is great, we were a bit daunted by the Aga but the other oven did the job perfectly. I covet the massive sink! All you need is provided and the lovely big table is great for a big family dinner. We loved chilling on the garden sofas in the funky courtyard space, perfect for pre drinks before heading in to town for dinner at one of the many restaurants. From a parking point of view we usually managed to park outside the front but there is also a parking space for the house at the back (but not for the faint-hearted - it’s a little tight for a bigger car). I’d say the house wouldn’t suit a family with young children (lots of artwork and musical instruments on display) but is great for families with older children or parties of friends. Highly recommended. Carmel July 2021 Carmel Lovely place to stay. The house has a really warm and homely feel to is. Plenty of space for two families with teenagers. Good outdoor space and great location. Sarah was good at communicating and left a lovely welcoming pack. Definitely recommend. Emma July 2021 Emma Such a great central location. Lots of botanical parks in walking distance and beaches. We actually stayed during a heat wave and the house stayed lovely and cool. A fantastic stay. Susan July 2021 Susan A lovely welcoming home. Everything you could want. Sarah was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The house is in a great location and you can walk to the beach/harbour/town centre. Loads of activities around Falmouth and the surfing at Watergate Bay in Newquay is a must. This beautiful Georgian property is vast and could easily accommodate several families. The living room is the heart of the home with two enormous, deep, squashy sofas that could easily seat 12, facing a huge fireplace and floor to ceiling window that looks onto a pretty front garden . On cold October nights we worked our way through the extensive DVD collection by the roaring fires. There’s an Aga, a sun terrace/ trap off the kitchen and lovely comfortable beds. It’s positioning is ideal, in walking distance to everything you could possibly want. Shops, cinema, university, restaurants, pubs, even a yummy deli that serves breakfast to go on the very next road. Sarah is a wonderful host. She was generous and communicate and extremely helpful. I can’t imagine there’s a nicer air b n b in all of Falmouth. Thank you for having us Abi
