Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer & dishwasher. The shower room has shower cubical with electric shower, basin & toilet. Separate dining area with extending table. The apartment has central heating, fully controllable by the visitor. Linen & towels provided. Gas, heating, electric and Wi-Fi internet included. OFF ROAD PARKING, suitable for a MEDIUM SIZE CAR (eg.Golf estate). Arrival day is flexible to suit your travel needs. Exmouth has 2 miles of golden sand, with fascinating rock pools to explore. The 2 mile promenade stretches from the Marina to Orcombe Point.
