The Cottage is a self catering holiday let. Newbury Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one en-suite cloakroom) a spacious living room with wood burning stove + a Smart TV, a shower room & a full kitchen with dining area. Outside there is sheltered porch and ample off road parking large shared garden + laundry facilities. Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around. Note bathrooms 1 has shower toilet sink Bathroom 2 is a toilet en-suite . not suitable for children under 8 or the elderly. No pets.

Great place, perfect handy location with a wonderful host. 9.0 Liked · Great location and a short distance to Chichester and surrounding attractions and places to visit such as Arundel Castle, Hayling Island and Tangmere Aviation Museum. Very helpful & lovely host. The property was extremely clean and tidy and lovely bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms, the wood burner was all set and ready to use, a lovely addition to the stay. Would stay again for sure.

June 2023 Richard For us this was a perfect stay. The cottage is tranquil both inside and out. It was spotlessly clean ,spacious and beautifully designed. Debra and Wayne were very friendly and obliging hosts. We look forward to staying there again
