Description
Welcome to Blackerton House Annexe, a self-contained seven bedroom holiday home with spacious accommodation. Our seven bedrooms sleep up to 16 people (18 with futons and extra sofa bed) and we have a large kitchen/diner, two lounges and a basement pub/games room.Situated on the edge of Exmoor and forming part of a large former farmhouse, which is now occupied as a family home, the Annexe offers self-catering accommodation with all the comforts of home in a private village setting. There are onsite woodlands and direct access to the countryside via a public bridleway that runs alongside the village. The Annexe forms part of the Blackerton Ecocentre, which is an ongoing renovation project run by the Blackerton Ecocentre Community Interest Company. This is a pet free property. By Omar on 31-Dec-2023Lovely stay with family and friends over the Christmas break. Emma was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. The large living areas were perfect for our large group of children and adults, as was the ample seating in the dining area.

Had a large group of 10 adults & one toddler and we found it to be excellent value per person, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Emma was a fantastic host who was extremely fast to reply to messages and provided complete privacy during our stay. The car parking area is plenty big enough if you''re willing to squeeze up tight! Would definitely recommend this house for large family gatherings.
