Description

Rated “Five Star” by Visit England, Cavasson is small but perfectly formed and ideal for a couple (with space for a cot). The newly installed (2022) kitchen with quartz worktops & Neff oven is well equipped and the generous living room incorporates a dining area. Upstairs there’s a large double bedroom and a newly installed (2022) bathroom (with a separate bath and shower).

Although Cavasson does not have its own garden, it has a sunny frontage with its own BBQ and seating for two. A perfect place to plan the day with a morning croissant or to reflect on the day’s exertions (perhaps spent in the pool or on the tennis court) over an evening sundowner.

Lovely, spacious family accommodation In beautiful Devon countryside. Great pool which you can book for exclusive use. Children loved the playground and feeding the animals . Well equipped kitchen to cook in the evening. Lovely owners. Bring your wellies!

Pitt Farm is an excellent place. 20 of us in the Kimblewick & Pelham accommodation. Everything was well equipped and clean. Owners allow you to join them to feed the pigs, ducks, chickens and alpacas. Great time was had.

For a three generation family holiday, Pitt Farm proved to be just exceptional. The facilities both in the cottage (Pelham) and elsewhare on the site were excellent, nothing seemed to have been overlooked. From 3 years to nearly 80 we all loved it.
