Sunset House is a luminous architectural house with floor to ceiling glass walls that allows you to enjoy the amazing views over Sarlat la Caneda and the Dordogne Valley.
It is a two bedroom 110sqm house that has all the comforts so you can enjoy your holiday.
The lounge and dining area is open plan and the is a separate office for those who need to work, the internet is fibre so it is stable and fast.
There is a walk-in dressing room, there is one bathroom with a separate toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher and washing machine.
The house is situated in a landscaped Mediterranean style garden and there are two water features in the garden.
There is parking and a car port at the house.
The house is located in a peaceful safe area of Sarlat, the nearest boulangerie is only 900 meters from the house .
With the amazing views you have a wonderful feeling of space and that you are in the countryside but in reality you are only a 2 minute drive into Sarlat la Caneda.
Sarlat la Caneda has numerous restaurants to dine in and there are two local markets every week.
The house is not suitable for children as there are two water features in the garden.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price.
There is free unlimited fibre internet at the house.
For all bookings of a week or longer there is a welcome pack and fresh flowers and champagne for your arrival.
The essentials are provided ie dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, washing up liquid etc.
Check in is between 15:00 and 21:00
