Comfy cottage
By GRAHAM C. on 23-Jul-2024Lovely little cottage, very clean and well presented. Equipped with all you need for self catering. The location is ideal for visiting lots of places, and is one of the few I've stayed in where the incessant drone of distant traffic can't be heard. Tony and his wife were very helpful and were on hand if a problem arose. Hope to return at some point, even though the weather wasn't kind and the lane to the cottage a little daunting!
A wonderful stay
By Carolijn d on 21-Jul-2024We had a lovely week in the Buttercup cottage. Everything was exactly as promised and better. We felt very welcome with the cookies, milk, tea, nescafe and fudge left by our hosts. The house was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and the talks with our hosts who shared their beautiful garden with us. We went fossil hunting at the beaches of Lyme Regis and Charmouth. Walking around charming Kilmington and shopping in lovely Honiton. We also went to Exeter by train from Honiton. In short we enjoyed ourselves and would like to return to discover more of beautiful Devon.
