The space
The balcony overlooks the park lake which is supplied by the river clwyd ..this is a peaceful setting to be as one with nature see the swans and ducks come for food ...kids will love this ...just installed!...a 3 person HOT TUB let the kids enjoy while you relax [they must be supervised] .. then when they have gone to bed . THE HOT TUB is yours !

This unique apartment, ground floor on one level, is idealy suited for Couples, families or just friends , 5 beds total .we have a studio with a double bed for couples or parents [ has own shower/toilet] and a bedroom that sleeps 3 with its own ensuite bathroom, work desk,wifi and own T V [full size beds for adults or children] essentialy 2 private areas in the property utilising 2 bathrooms [ see photos and reviews]

Other things to note Change over day is Friday for week long bookings , Short breaks [ min.3 nights are flexible all year apart from mid july to mid september weeks only ] Check in from 4pm onwards ,Check out 10 am CONTACT OWNER FOR BEST PRICE !
All Bedding and towels are supplied, Hot water, Gas central heating is also included , also Wifi and free parking , We do however respectfully ask you pay for the electricity that is used [not everyone requires the hot tub,and recently some guests have been charging their cars] so we believe its a fair system .the average price for a 3 night break is £8- £18 depending on season etc [details on arrival ] but its a simple meter reading and then leave cash for what you have used.

Amazing!!
By Christine on 28-Dec-2023What an amazing find !! 3 ladies celebrating a 60th birthday between Christmas and New Year this cottage with the bonus of a hot tub was the ideal way to do it. From beginning to end the owners were amazing and everything was communicated excellently in a very friendly and pleasant way. We had family visit the birthday girl and the owners were very acceptable of this too 😀 The Cottage is perfect for a getaway or a great base for exploring North Wales should you wish or just stay in Ruthin, as we did. Everything needed was in the cottage and more, all we had to bring was food. The place was very clean and welcoming with the added touch of Christmas tree and decorations for the time of year we stayed. The Cottage is in a very peaceful location with lovely views of the country. Would I book again ? OF COURSE I WOULD and the same for answer for the rest of the party.

We are very grateful for this. Love that the property was pet friendly, our for baby had as he lovely break with his family. Overall, we were happy with the location and also the added on luxury of the hot tub of also essentialw supplied. Many thanks for hosting!
Fabulous Cottage

It was tranquil and even when it rained the undercover veranda and hot tub was magical (especially in the dark under the fairy lights). Very clean, fresh soft towels and comfy bed.
