We had a wonderful week in the outskirts of Dawlish at Linda and Michael’s cottage (large house). Just what we needed great ensuite, walk in shower, comfy bed and view to the beautiful hills of Devon.Very helpful and yummy Lemon Drizzle cake to boot! Thanks so much and would love to stay again.
Fantastic accommodation and the best hosts ever ,little touches make the experience special ,home made cake ,bottle if bubbly and home made biscuits . The garden is stunning and location great for exploring this part of Devon
What a beautiful cottage this is. The garden is stunning and the view from the upstairs terrace is breathtaking. The inside is comfy and spacious and offers many seating areas inside and out. It's 2 minutes walk to the bus stop where you can travel to many of the pretty places around Devon. You can also hop on the train. Linda and Michael made us feel so welcome and the lemon drizzle cake on arrival was delicious. Would love to return one day.
I have just spent a very relaxing week at this beautiful cottage with my daughter and grandchildren. The cottage itself has a very relaxing feel close to amenities but also being in the countryside with amazing views and a stunning garden to eat out in There isn't anything that hasn't been thought off - even tea making facilities in each bedroom. The warmth of welcome was delightful - beautiful homemade cakes, biscuits all set out for an afternoon tea on arrival Thank you for a truly lovely relaxing weeks stay!
We were warmly welcomed and shown where everything is. There was a delicious homemade cake and cookies ,generous fruit bowl, prosecco and fruit drinks and sweets for the children. The cottage is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable and outstandingly clean. The garden was ablaze with colour and we spent a lot of time in 'The love shack' even when it was drizzling outside. I cannot fault it
The most magical place to stay and totally relax, the owners are so thoughtful and helpful, the gardens are beautiful, the house was a big hit with us .
