Accommodation was lovely, comfortable and views were excellent over the river Dart. This is a lovely place if you want to relax or explore the local area. There are good bus routes so you can park the car up and catch the bus or ferry to explore. Would definitely book to stay here again.

This was a return visit for us, we love Ferry View, perfect location, outstanding views, very well equipped accommodation, cosy and comfortable and beautifully clean. The comfiest of beds with lovely soft bed linen. We have had a lovely few days away and will definitely be returning again - thank you!
Multigenerational family holiday at Ferry View in late august. The house is well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. The location is absolutely cracking a few minutes if that walk into town and a fantastic view from all three levels of the house which we enjoyed every day. We also enjoyed strolling up to the castle from the house, and also popping down the steps in front of us to reach the benches by the waterfront (in all of a minute) and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. We arrived on the Saturday of the regatta and it was easy with the parking permit provided in the property to park in the park-and-ride, and then after the regatta had finished the parking with the permit in town was very easy and convenient. Sarah was an absolutely brilliant host with excellent comms and very helpful. We will be back!!
Ferry View didn't disappoint with its elevated position overlooking the river, Kingswear and beyond, but close enough to everything that Dartmouth has to offer. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and sofas. Hot water aplenty, snug and warm. Peaceful, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, nicely decorated and has everything you need to have a very enjoyable stress free holiday. Loved looking out of the bay window watching the ferry come and go especially at night when Kingswear lights reflect off the river. Managed to park right outside front door, although a parking permit was provided for carpark a few minutes walk away. Sarah was extremely helpful, and we would highly recommend this perfect haven and hope to return soon.
An Amazing Gem Absolutely brilliant property. Spotlessly clean, excellent communication with the property owner, and the house came with everything you could ever want. Adding in amazing views across the estuary that are stunning day or night, just adds to the appeal. Definitely will be returning
