Fig Tree is a picturesque courtyard cottage with panoramic views over the valley towards the mountain peaks of Snowdonia. With a private patio and hot tub and over an acre of garden to explore, you can enjoy rural tranquillity in a beautiful and unspoiled countryside setting. No cars or noise but ideally placed to access hundreds of activities close by. You’ll also have 24/7 use of the 11m heated indoor swimming pool located just meters from your front door. The perfect rural getaway to share with family or friends.

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is decorated in a cozy and rustic style, with neutral shades and subtle pops of colour, that never detracts from the showstopping views across the valley. It's flooded with natural light, feels spacious and instantly instils a sense of peace.

Sink into a comfy armchair and enjoy your favourite film on the smart TV with DVD player, or simply put your feet up and read a good book while you gaze out of the French windows to the mountains of Snowdonia beyond. Subtle lighting and beautiful artwork add to the calming ambience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home with amenities including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (handful of pods provided). Eat your meals together around the dining room table or head outside to the wraparound patio for a tasty BBQ under the stars.

BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 5 + COT
The bed arrangement is flexible to suit a family or several friends taking a break together. There is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of natural light flooding in from the full length window overlooking the garden.

The second bedroom has zip and link single beds which can be configured as a super-king depending on preference. This room also includes an armchair with can be converted into a comfortable third bed if required (please let us know beforehand which arrangement you prefer).

All the bedding is high quality 100% cotton with hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets.

BATHROOM
The modern bathroom has a double ended bath and a separate walk-in shower with a selection of complimentary luxury toiletries.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout.

This property can be booked with our other holiday cottage, Laurel (sleeping a total of nine + two cots), ideal for large groups and family get togethers.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Within the courtyard is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities plus a library of books, DVDs and family board games.

GARDEN & HOT TUB
The wrap-around patio is a fantastic place to start your day with a morning coffee or to spend warm summer evenings enjoying al fresco dining under the dark night skies. Relax and unwind in your private hot tub whilst soaking in the beautiful mountain views. Beyond the patio is over an acre of shared gardens for kids and dogs to let off steam in. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at £35 per dog per stay (please note, the boundaries are not fully dog proof).

SWIMMING POOL
Just across the courtyard from Fig Tree’s front door is the large indoor swimming pool featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pretty garden and ornamental pond beyond. Heated throughout the year and exclusively used by guests at Fig Tree and Laurel cottages, the 11m pool is available 24/7 for your enjoyment. Perfect at any time, but particularly handy on rainy days to entertain adults and children alike. To add to the fun, you are welcome to bring your own pool inflatables, balls and floats.
