Excellent A home from home.Everything you would need at a holiday let and more provided. Decor of house in keeping with local area .Large garden ideal for dogs or children. Good location short walk to main street Would def recommend to family and friends .Many thanks.
Everything we needed in this cosy cottage. Easy to get anywhere and Carnoustie amenities within easy walking distance. No parking outside but didn't cause a problem, parked just around corner. Had a lovely two weeks️

Perfectly located for the golf club.Very clean and everything you can need. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook it next time i am playing at Carnoustie.
The house was excellent. Everything was neat & tidy. Very welcoming. We had a really nice time. Well worth a visit.
We really enjoyed our stay in Lily Cottage. Everywhere was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Very comfortable bed and large enclosed garden which was a sun trap. Shops, take-a-ways and bus stop are nearby and train station a 10 minute walk so ideally situated. Hired bikes in Arbroath and cycled to Monifieth and back on the cycle paths with lovely views of the coast. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the cottage and Carnoustie.
