The boathouse provides contemporary, bunkhouse-style accommodation for 12 people, with fully insulated and heated living spaces on the ground floor and three sleeping pods on the first floor where you can be cosy even when its cold and wet outside.
On the ground floor the Cooking, Sitting, and Cleaning pods open on to the covered deck and the main Sitting and Dining area. There's a full Kitchen which can be self-catering or catered depending on your need, hi-fi, videos, games, toys, wi-fi, full internet access, and when you return from your adventures, facilities for washing and drying clothes, WC’s and two external showers for cleaning up.
The three first floor sleeping pods, each with 4 bunks, share two shower/WC’s.
All the pods are fully heated, there’s plenty of hot water, infra-red patio heaters on the deck, barbecues to use in the garden, an electric barbecue for use on the boatdeck under the sails, and hammocks!
