Gable end cottage is a bright and spacious stone cottage with outstanding views over the fishing lake and a short walk to the Auberge de Pelinec restaurant. Sleeping five people in three bedrooms (plus a cot for babies) with two bathrooms one being an en-suite shower room to master bedroom.

On the ground floor, you enter the cottage into a large open plan living space . The farmhouse style cream kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and you will find a full range of facilities for you to self-cater with. The kitchen has an integrated electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The open plan lay out is ideal for family holidays. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and offers you a view of the lake. The glass french doors open onto the terrace where you can dine al fresco, enjoying the large charcoal barbecue. The interior dining room welcomes you opposite the kitchen. A flatscreen smart tv allows you watch all your U.K. tV via Freeview and also log into your own Netflix and Amazon prime accounts should you wish.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers, offers an elevated view of the lake and has an adjoining en suite shower room with sink and wc.
A twin bedroom has views over the swimming pool with wardrobe and bedside cabinet and a Juliette balcony.The third single room has views over the pool with a single bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe,

Outside, the cottage has use of the heated fully fenced swimming pool. Plenty of sun loungers allow you to relax and soak up the sunshine.
To the rear of the cottage is a terrace overlooking the fishing lake.. An outside table and chairs and BBQ are provided. An ideal location to watch the sun setting over the lake with perhaps a glass or wine or two ! There is an excellent restaurant approximately 200 metres from the cottage overlooking the lake.
All bed linen is provided (except for cots) and beds are made up for your arrival. Please provide all your own towels for both the house and swimming pool, we provide bath mats and t towels along with cleaning products and dishwasher tablets to use during your stay.
We give all our guests the choice of either leaving the cottage as you found it or if you wish to pay for a final clean, this can be arranged and paid for during your stay.

The cottage has a key safe, so you can arrive any time after 5pm.
There is the possibility of renting all three cottages on this site, if you are a large group. Both the other two cottages one having three bedrooms (en-suite to master bedrooms and sleep 5 ) and the other having four bedrooms sleeping 8 in total.
Please contact us to enquire about availability. To secure the cottage a 25% non refundable deposit is required, then the outstanding balance is due 12 weeks before arrival by U.K. bank transfer. The security deposit of £200 is due at the date of the final payment and is refunded within 48 hours of departure.
