Cherry Tree Cottage has three bedrooms with two bathroom sleeping a maximum of 5 people. Its benefits from stunning views over the fishing lake and within walking distance of the Auberge de Pelinec. On the ground floor, you enter the cottage by an exquisite stone arch doorway into an entrance corridor with a cloakroom with w.c and a pine staircase leading to the first floor. The modern burgundy and chic kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and you will find a full range of facilities for you to self-cater with. The kitchen has an integrated electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The open plan lay out is ideal for family holidays. The lounge area has two comfortable leather sofas as well as two modern club chairs will offer you a view of the lake. The glass doors open onto the terrace where you can dine al fresco, enjoying the large barbecue. The interior dining room welcomes you at the back of the living room. A flatscreen smart tv allows you watch all your U.K. tv and also log into your own Netflix and Amazon prime accounts.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers, offers an elevated view of the lake and having its adjoining en suite shower room with sink and wc.
A twin bedroom has views over the swimming pool with built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, the third single room has views over the pool with a single metal framed bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe,

Outside, the cottage has use of the heated fully fenced swimming pool. Plenty of sun loungers allow you to relax and soak up the sunshine.
To the rear of the cottage, entered from the door in the lounge you go onto the terrace with the stunning views over looking the fishing lake. An outside table and chairs and BBQ are provided. An ideal location to watch the sun setting over the lake with perhaps a glass or wine or two !
All bed linen is provided (except for cots) and beds are made up for your arrival. Please provide all your own towels for both the house and swimming pool, we do provide bath mats and t towels along with cleaning products.
We give all our guests the choice of either leaving the cottage as you found it or if you wish to pay for a final clean, this can be arranged and paid for during your stay.
The cottage has a key safe, so you can arrive any time after 5pm.
There is the possibility of renting all three cottages on this site, if you are a large group. Both the other two cottages one having three bedrooms (en-suite to master bedrooms and sleep 5 ) and the other having four bedrooms sleeping 8 in total.
Please contact us to enquire about availability. To secure the cottage a 25% non refundable deposit is required, then the outstanding balance is due 12 weeks before arrival by U.K. bank transfer. The security deposit of £200 is due at the date of the final payment and is refunded within 48 hours of departure as long as there is no damage to the property or swimming pool.
