The Aviary was beautifully presented with ample space for us. Immaculate kitchen and bathrooms. Ideally located to reach Cornwall, Devon and Plymouth. Tesco shop is only a 5 min drive or 20 min walk away. Park a two minute stroll away for kids to have a good play in. Driveway had enough space for I would think three cars on we only had two but was ample space for these. Communication from Linda was great from the get go. And on our return from our holiday she contacted me promptly to return the deposit which was returned the same day.
We are a family of 9 who have just returned from a lovely week in Cornwall staying in the Aviary. The accommodation was beautifully finished and really felt luxurious to walk into. Lovely hot showers and a gorgeous bathtub to bath the little ones in. Ample parking and a great base for exploring beautiful Cornwall. Friendly hostess who was very helpful. Would highly recommend 😊
We enjoyed a lovely week in October half term in this property. It has been beautifully finished to a high standard and is very comfortable for a nice holiday in a good location which is well suited for days out in both Devon and Cornwall. Owners were excellent and extremely helpful during the booking process. We would recommend this property to anyone and will be pleased to stay again. Thank you
We visited the Aviary in July and what a fantastic find! The cottage was tastefully and beautifully decorated, spotless with superb views. The host Linda was very friendly and very quick to respond to any queries. We had the most amazing time and would highly recommend this fabulous place. We would love to visit again
Stayed at the Aviary at Butterbee House in June to celebrate a family birthday. Accommodation is absolutely stunning, a real home away from home. It has everything you could need and is pure luxury. We have been several times and it''''s my go to place for holidays in Cornwall. Kids and adults alike loved it. Great location too for exploring beautiful Cornwall. Have already booked for next year! Linda is amazing too, 100% recommend
We found The Aviary and we were not disappointed. Lovely setting, friendly owners, great facilities. The cleanliness standard is impeccable and there is clear focus on being environmentally friendly. We are returning soon!
