You will love this Bastide in summer with its private pool, and all year round thanks to its heated spa area with Jacuzzi and home cinema, its electric fireplace, its outdoor children's play area, as well as its large garden and spacious terrace.

The 150 m² villa has been decorated in a French Riviera style, with your comfort in mind:
2 upstairs bedrooms with large balconies and valley views: one with a double bed (160x200 cm), and the other with 2 single beds (90x200 cm) that can be combined into a double bed (180x200 cm).
1 additional bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm), located two steps above the ground floor, with a library and storage space.
2 bathrooms with handcrafted Salernes tiles (the ground-floor one with a bathtub, double sink, and toilet, and the upstairs one with a large Italian-style shower and double sink).
Fully equipped kitchen: professional stove, American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster...
Living/dining room with a large table for 6 people, a spacious sofa, an electric fireplace, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a wireless speaker, and direct access to the terrace and pool via French doors.

The surroundings allowed us to disconnect and recharge, and the jacuzzi provided the perfect evening of relaxation in a romantic atmosphere. After the New Year's Eve celebrations, we had a perfect evening to reconnect and start the year gently. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the surroundings are ideal for unwinding. It was a last-minute decision, but everything was perfect for a night as a couple and with friends. A place to recommend for a moment of calm and serenity. We will gladly come back!
