The cottage has been lovingly restored over 20 yrs to provide a comfortable lounge with distant view of Snowdon, 4k TV AND DVD, multi fuel stove, separate
kitchen /diner with views of the countryside including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and complimentary wine and welcome pack.
Bathroom with shower and pure cotton white towels. Double aspect bedroom with kingsize bed and bedlinen provided.
Direct access to 10 acres of countryside and private fishing. Dog friendly and also has an EV charger.
Short breaks available all year minimum of 2 nights £110/ night and £20/dog ( max 2 dogs)
Samuel cottage is within a 15 min walk to the village with country inn and grocery store.
Private fishing of the river Gwyrfai directly in front of the cottage with numerous patio/ BBQ and seating areas to relax and unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery with Mount Snowdon in the distance.
The Welsh Highland steam railway has a halt stop 10min walk and runs regular train journeys between Caernarfon to Porthmadog for 2023 .
The cycle track is next to the train line and ensures a scenic walk into Caernarfon 1 1/2 miles or 40 min walk. Bikes and E bikes can be hired and delivered to the cottage.
Numerous tourist and national Trust properties to explore locally including Plas Newydd, Penrhyn castle, Bodnant gardens 30-40 min by car.
Portmeirion is a popular attraction, as well as numerous sandy beaches, and Snowdonia.
