Oakwood Farm Cottage provides quality, spacious accommodation in a stunning unspoilt area of Devon. There are extensive views from the cottage, patio and the many beautiful walks in and around the property. The cottage is on a quiet working farm set amongst farm and woodland. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind away from the hurly burly of modern life.

The property is a short walk from the village of Cadeleigh with its community run pub. The picturesque village of Bickleigh is a mile away with the renowned pub The Fisherman's Cot, its castle and packhorse bridge. The Cottage is within easy reach of the M5, Tiverton and Exeter. It is centrally located within the county which makes it ideal for visiting the rugged beaches of North Devon or the more sheltered South Devon coastline.

The cottage contains a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining room with a wood burning stove. There is a large double bedroom with a King Size Bed. Outside, a large private patio (with furniture & BBQ) with extensive views of the beautiful Devon countryside.

On site there is also a large fishing lake which is well stocked with large Carp, Bream, Rudd and Perch. The fishing is only for visitors to Oakwood Farm Cottage. The fishing lake also has a large summer house where anglers can safely leave their fishing equipment.
