About this space
Modern New Build - Entire Home with garage, Hill Head Cottage rests at the bottom of a hill.
Located on the outskirts of Buxton in Peak District our comfortable cottage with lovely mountain views is perfectly placed for all things Peak District, let it be it walking, climbing or cycling. The house is a 5 minute drive into Buxton town center and very short drive to lot of other historic towns and activities.
Our pet friendly cottage has an enclosed garden and private parking.
The space
The living areas in this cottage comprises of big living room with three luxury sofas and Smart LED TV.
A large modern kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a dining table for six.
There are three bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a second bed room with a double bed, and a single bed room which got a bunk bed.
An inflatable Air bed can be used in living room for seventh guest.
A master bathroom and cloakroom with modern bath / shower facilities.
Outside, there is an enclosed side garden on either side, off-road parking for a car in front of the garage and plentiful roadside parking all are free.
Guest access
The entire home is for the guests. The guests can park two cars easily before the garage. Also there are plenty of road side parking available.
Please note there are only beds for six people. Seventh person has to use airbed. Please contact us for details about how to get access to seventh airbed.
The entry to the cottage is provided with keys in the safe lock. The instructions will be sent across by email.
Other things to note
Our property has regular bus service run by high peak buses from Buxton Town Centre. The bus stop is just 5 minutes walk from the property. Please search for high peak buses 185 timetable in internet.
Hillhead Cottage welcomes dogs; however, they must be house-trained and supervised by their owner. A maximum of two dogs is allowed, and any damages will incur a charge.
The cottage is in quite residential place so noise level must be kept very low at all time.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Anyone breaks these rules will be asked to depart immediately and may be charged extra for the damage caused.
