Night store heaters heat each room and there is also an electric effect woodburner in the living room, for cosy cooler evenings. In front of the cottage is a little ‘hankerchief’ size open patio area, just perfect for a beverage or two after a busy day exploring the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
Off road parking for one car at the rear or one space across the road in the community hall. Entrance into living area with door through to the stone floor breakfast kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer compartment, tables and chairs, plus underfloor heating. Electric hob/oven. Staircase from kitchen to small landing with two bedrooms, one with twins and the other with a double. Modern bathroom having bath (shower over), WC and washbasin.
