Description

Open plan living / dining room with electric fire, TV and DVD. Double doors lead into the conservatory facing onto the back garden. Off the lounge an open doorway leads to the well equipped Elm kitchen. With built in high quality appliances:

Fridge/freezer

Gas hob
Nespresso coffee machine
A microwave
Miele washer/dryer
Gas boiler for the central heating.
The downstairs bathroom is off the kitchen and has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. Doors lead from the kitchen and conservatory to the back porch where a few steps go up to the secluded garden with a sunny patio, garden furniture and BBQ. The two upstairs bedrooms are accessed by stairs from the lounge - 1 king size bed and one twin bedroom. The optional downstairs bedroom and en-suite entrance door is off the conservatory, this is a large room which is designed for people with mobility impairment and wheelchair users. A baby travel cot and highchair are available on request. We live next-door in Fudge Cottage.
