Description

Briar Patch is the perfect base for a family of up to 6 plus a baby and adult dogs. It is a detached cottage and has a private dog-proof garden, and a gate leading to the meadow, and play area. It is kept non smoking.

With two bathrooms and a full equipped kitchen, it makes a great base for a holiday in the south west, being only just over a mile from Bude, North Cornwall, and its sandy beaches and coastal path.

Having an indoor heated pool onsite shared between only 14 cottages means that you are likely to have it all to yourselves. It is open every day of the year, from 8am, closing only on New Year's Day and Christmas Day.

There is a reserved parking space a few yards from the front door, behind which is a home-from-home cottage. Ideal for a relaxing break and great for families

In Briar Patch you'll find:

2 bathrooms - one with bath and shower over - the other a full-sized walk in shower room, with sets of bathroom towels provided
Open plan lounge, dining, area with adjoining fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.)

A 43" smart TV in the sitting room, and second TV in one of the bedrooms, DVD Player, CD/radio/tape mini hi-fi, hairdryer etc

A travel cot (suitable for babies up to 18 months), highchair, bed guard and toddler step, and blackout curtain linings in all bedrooms
Socket covers & light sensitive night light kept in cottage in case your toddler needs them

Storage heating in all rooms, and double glazing, so its warm all year for ‘out of season’ breaks
Fully compliant with latest fire regulations ( smoke & heat alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors etc)

On site facilities:
The indoor heated pool is open every day of the year, from 8am, closing only on New Year's Day and Christmas Day.
The play area has equipment to suit all ages from toddlers through to teenagers
The games room can be used at any time ( day or night!). The pool table needs 2 x 20p's to release the pool balls.
An onsite laundry room has industrial sized washing machines and tumble dryers, that take credit card payment. (There is also a clothes horse in the cottage and washing line in garden)
Grocery deliveries can be arranged prior to your arrival
You can order home cooked food to be delivered by a local caterer.
