Leave ReviewWonderful
By Jenny & Gavin on 22-Apr-2025I don’t really want to write a review as others will know how wonderful this property and location is! We have just finalised our fifth booking here. There are so many brilliant walks, coffee stops, local bakery’s and nearby farm selling fabulous goats milk ice cream. The Broch cafe and Mohr 84 restaurant and bakery are our favourite haunts. The scenery is breathtaking wherever you visit and there are activities to do, whatever your interests are.. The property is incredibly comfortable, homely and well set up. The lovely hosts make you feel so welcome and will ensure you have the much needed rest and relaxation you need on your holiday. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
Fabulous stay
By Ste on 21-Apr-2025Had a fabulous stay here in April. The cottage is beautiful, and the surroundings are stunning. Hilary was such a great host. Greeted us on arrival, was really warm and friendly and happy to give us local recommendations, then left us to it. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Beautiful place
By Anil on 05-Feb-2025To say this place is beautiful is an understatement. From the location to the cleanliness and timeless design, this place is perfect for a getaway. We stayed for a wedding and didn’t get to explore the local walks as much as we would have liked but there are so many nearby. Hillary is also a great host, made the whole processes of booking and check in super easy. She’s lovely as well, popping round to make sure we were all settled after we arrived. I would highly recommend!
