This is our newest and smallest gîte, but at 65m2 (700sq.ft) has a spacious airy feel. It has a delightful courtyard separating it from the main building which makes a lovely sitting area with shade provided by a magnificent catalpa tree. It has a modern kitchen/dining area, a large, comfortable lounge. The good sized bedroom leads on to a modern en-suite and shower room.
