Description

This light and airy lodge is stylishly decorated and perfectly situated on the edge of a beautiful lake and closest to the River Waldon, which borders Mill Farm. With parking on the driveway next to Kingfisher Cabin access is easy and a pedestrian gate leads on to the decked veranda. The accommodation is all on one level, with an open plan living room with kitchen and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, a microwave oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine. There is also outside access to a shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room adjacent to Otter Cottage. The dining area has a table and four chairs along with great views, and the living area has two plush, two-seater sofas. For entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi A small lobby leads into the shower room with shower, WC and wash basin and heated towel rail. Also located off of the lobby are the bedrooms. These are beautifully decorated with quality comfortable beds. Bedroom one has a luxurious king size bed, whilst bedroom two has twin beds. Each bedroom also has plenty of wardrobe space. Outside the enclosed lawn garden is safe for children and dogs and there is a covered decked area with a wooden picnic table and benches, plus deck chairs.
