Description

West Park is a Semi-detached Cottage with its own private garden and parking. The cottage is in the beautiful Valency Valley just outside Boscastle. Based on our farm you are a mile from the public road surrounded by the lush Cornish countryside.

The cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, a king bedroom with en suite shower, a double room and a bunk room (full size 3′) with a family bath/shower room. Cots are available upon request. Pets very welcome.

Downstairs is a large open plan lounge diner has a wood burner, TV with Blu ray player and a CD stereo system. West Park as original slate floors and great character.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A full oven, coffee machine and everything you would need to cook home from home.

Full central heating, linen, towels and WiFi internet included.

The Games Room is available just a short 100m walk further down the private road. This contains a pool table, ping pong, darts and a selection of board games along with books and a DVD library all free to use for the guests.

Definitely up there with the best

We have been on many UK cottage holidays and this is definitely up there with the best. Anything you could think that you need, they have provided. Beautiful views from every window, secluded with great walks right on your doorstep, chickens for eggs, cream tea on arrival, quick responses to questions, great farm shop down the road, games room, Morrisons is 15 mins away and it’s 5 mins from Boscastle, and 15 to Bude or Tintagel. Couldn’t have asked for better.
