La Petite Garenne is a stylish and newly renovated one bedroomed Gite for 2 adults. Over 2 floors, with a fitted kitchen, open plan living & dining area, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, (as well as a fully equipped laundry room on request), it has all the facilities you need for a perfect stay.​

Outside area for alfresco dining or simply evenings outdoors listening to deer, and stargazing.

Just a 5 minute walk to the Château and village where you will find a restaurant, bar and épicerie and Bijoux designer jewellery shop​. In the summer months there are artist exhibitions in the Château.

The layout is as follows:

Downstairs, the front door opens on to an open plan dining room, beyond which is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a Nespresso coffee machine, full sized cooker and hob, a dish washer and wine fridge.​

From the dining area a bespoke feature staircase leads to the bedroom with its high wood beamed ceiling and stone wall. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, a towel radiator and shaver point, as well as a sink and toilet.​

Downstairs, a small door on the opposite side of the dining area leads past the laundry room with ironing board and iron, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer - all available on request.

Outside, and to the front of the building is a large garden area with table and chairs. Here there are some wonderful glimpses of the stunning Château de Biron.

There is plenty of space to park, and also your own private pétanque pitch (boules provided!).
