Can only add to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Loved our few days here with our dog. Beautifully renovated properties in a lovely setting. Very comfortable and homely - beer, biscuits and milk, tea and coffee on arrival. Comfy beds, lovely bathrooms/wet rooms. Comfy living room area. Had to leave our dog in the outside kennel one morning. Elaine checked on him and contacted me to say he was happy and settled. The owners are on site and very helpful. All of the properties were occupied when we were there but we were not disturbed by anyone and it didn’t feel busy at all. Parents happy. Teenagers happy. Dog happy. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again when in the area
Very comfortable and well appointed cottage under the personal control of the owners. Furniture and fittings are all top notch and the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside and towns and cities such as Whitby and York. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend a stay. The five star reviews are well justified
