Description
Converted from a grain store now a stunning 5 star Gold Award 3 bedroom cottage that sleeps 6 The ground floor features a separate kitchen and large living/dining area. As with all our cottages the kitchen includes granite worktops, a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats 10/12, there is plenty of comfortable seating and a wood burning stove. Underfloor heating ensures that you are always warm and cozy. Upstairs three bedrooms, two zip & link that can be either 2 single beds or a superking and a king sized master bedroom with ensuite. Travel cot available. All bedrooms individually styled with quality bedlinen and cozy bath sheets. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower, the ensuite to the master bedroom features a shower. If all smaller cottages are booked we can often offer a low occupancy rate in this cottage. By Kldbtn on 18-Dec-2024Fabulous cottages furnished to very good standard, lots of room. I booked for a family birthday gathering with us all coming from 4 different destinations far and wide. We booked the granary which sleeps 6 but the house has enough seating for 12 round the table, 2 big sofas and felt roomy and relaxed for us all to come and go and gather for meals together. High quality with 3 available bathrooms, beautiful views and area, you pay for what you get and no disappointments.. the photos are accurate. This is my 3rd stay in 14 years and id definitely book again. Elaine the owner is on sight and responds quickly to any enquiries whilst staying. She is discreet, and friendly. Reassuringly available. All in all a fabulous stay! Thank you
Perfect in every way
By Floridot on 27-Jun-2024We so enjoyed our stay in Granary Cottage at Broadgate Farm, everything we could need and more and such a lovely location. We were attending a family wedding in Beverley and having stayed at Broadgate previously including April this year, it was our number 1 choice. Lots of lovely places to visit, country pubs, great restaurants - we enjoyed a great dinner at Cerruti 2 in Beverley. Thank you again Elaine and all, you have such a wonderful place and the information you provide is fantastic, we’ll definitely return. Dot & Barry
Third visit
By Susan H on 27-Jun-2024This is our third visit to Broadgate Farm. We stayed at the Granary this visit. You an walk into Beverley from the cottages it took us about 40mins. The cottages have always been clean, well presented and have all you need, including a private garden/seating area.
Highly recommended - Best cottages Ever

Elaine our host is warm, helpful and friendly. Cottages are in a brilliant location to Beverly and Walkington and easy accessible to the east coast. We will definitely be back
Fantastic stay!
By Joanne on 28-Feb-2023We had a wonderful time staying in the Granary. The cottage was extremely well equipped and the under floor heating was great. Perfect for our family get together and close to Beverley and the coast. We visited the beach at Fraisethorpe and also went to the local pubs for food. Elaine was a great host & very welcoming. We would definitely return.
