Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with a double bunk bed topped with a single, offering flexible accommodation for families or groups of friends.
The communal terrace is a lovely spot to soak up the afternoon sun, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Sea Breeze Cottage is ideally situated for families and beach lovers, with several stunning beaches within easy reach. The nearby village pub serves traditional Yorkshire fare, adding to the charm of the local area, which also features a picturesque duck pond.
Barmston’s proximity to Bridlington, just six miles away, and the beaches of Hornsea and Skipsea, makes it a great base for discovering the Yorkshire coast. Bridlington offers an array of restaurants, shops, and an entertainment centre, while Filey’s promenade and unique coble landing provide a taste of seaside tradition. Nature enthusiasts will relish a visit to the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs, famous for its seabird colonies.
The stately homes of Burton Agnes, Sledmere, and Sewerby Hall, along with the market towns of Driffield and Malton, are all within easy reach, offering a variety of events and attractions throughout the year. Enjoyable stay

Having already stayed in one the host’s other cottages, we had high expectations of our stay at Sea Beeeze. We were not disappointed. This is yet another fantastic property just a short walk from the beach at Barmston. The surrounding area is so peaceful and we enjoyed many varied walks along the beach, which stretches for miles, on the coastal pathways as well as through the rolling countryside, all of which offered some outstanding views. The accommodation itself was of the highest standard. The kitchen area was well equipped and we were able to cook meals as if we were at home. There was ample storage space in cupboards and in the fridge freezer as well as all the expected appliances, all of which have clearly been well looked after. The living area was perfect: cosy with plenty of seating to collapse onto after miles and miles of walking. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, both decorated in a contemporary style as well as a large bathroom with shower. We would not hesitate to recommend Sea Breeze to other holiday makers and, as such, we are planning a return visit in the near future. Shelley, the host, goes way over and above expectations, to ensure an enjoyable stay and her communication in responding to any queries or requests for information about the local area is always swift. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

"Stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed the nearby walks with the dog: The cottage was just right for our needs. Easy access and plenty parking: The beach was a 10 minute walk away down a nearby track. Overall we were very happy and enjoyed a well earned break".
