This stunning farmhouse has been recently refurbished and upgraded so that it combines the best of rustic and modern living. Situated high in the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, it has breathtaking views of the Mawddach Estuary. Exceptional walks are available from the front door and bustling Barmouth is a 5-minute drive down the hill.
The house enjoys a large, open plan kitchen/dining room, three separate sitting rooms, and bedrooms separated by three staircases.
The whole of the downstairs has attractive parquet, antique oak or stone flooring. The bedrooms are carpeted. There are also two woodburners with unlimited wood and Wifi extends across the whole property.
The farmhouse sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms. For more bedrooms, you may want to book the Barn [link], which is 20 yards up the hill. The Barn sleeps 6 in a further 3 bedrooms. For meals, the farmhouse can seat all 17 across the dining room and kitchen.
