Downstairs
Enter Kitty into the open-plan living area with a lounge and kitchen-diner. To your left is the bright and well-equipped fitted kitchen, where you can prepare snacks and meals whilst enjoying the company of the rest of the guests. The dining table seats four, so you can all sit and eat together comfortably and plan where you’ll explore next. In the lounge area there are two x two-seater leather sofas in front of the Smart TV. The perfect place to wind down before bed, when it’s time to snuggle up and watch a movie.

Stairs lead from here to the first floor.

Upstairs
From the landing, there is a twin bedroom to the left and a double room straight ahead. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself at home, with chests of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The beds will be made up with fresh, quality linen all ready for you to drift off in a peaceful sleep after your fun-filled days of adventures.

The family bathroom is to the right. It has a bath with a shower over, giving you the best of both worlds. So whether you have little ones with you who like to splash and play at bathtime, or you love to relax in some bubbles before bed, or if you prefer a refreshing shower to start your day – you’re sorted. There’s also has a heated towel rail as well as a wash basin and WC; and bath towels are provided.

Outside
You’ll have your own patio area with outdoor seating. So you can take your hot cuppa outside and enjoy it in the morning sunshine. Or maybe sit and read for a while whilst other members of you group nip off for a game of snooker in the shared games room. There’s also a communal, enclosed garden. You will have plenty of opportunities to get outside and make the most of the fresh country air during your time at Webbington Farm Cottages.
