Description
Enter Poppy via the courtyard into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Full of charm, this character cottage has beamed ceilings and is light and airy throughout.
The modern and stylish kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’ll need during your holiday in Somerset. Self-catering will be a breeze with all of the mod cons and equipment provided. If you enjoy cooking, there’s a range cooker with plenty of space to cook up tasty meals for your whole party. It has an extendable dining table that seats up to 16 people (ideal if you are part of a group booking). If cooking isn’t your thing, you could leave that to a caterer or treat yourselves to a nice meal out. There’s lots of places to choose from.
Back in the lounge area, there are two sumptuous leather sofas and an armchair. So there’s plenty of space for everyone staying at Poppy to sit back and relax in front of the Smart TV after a fun-filled day out in Somerset.
Doors lead from the lounge area to the first floor.
Upstairs
There are three spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs. The bright double room looks out across the front courtyard and has an en-suite shower room, a bedside table, built-in wardrobe and a dressing table. The triple family room also has views out to the front of Poppy and has one double and one single bed, a hanging rail and two chests of drawers. Looking out over the back of Poppy, the twin room has two single beds, two chests of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. So there’s lots of storage space for you all to unpack and make yourself at home.
The beds will be all made up with fresh, quality bedding – all ready for you to relax and get your holiday off to the very best start.
The stylish family bathroom has a P-shape bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. We provide soft fluffy towels for all seven guests, saving you some space in your suitcase.
Outside
A door leads from the kitchen area out onto the patio to the front of Poppy. There is a barbecue and an outside table with a parasol and eight chairs where you can all sit and eat together in the fresh air during warmer months. If you want to stretch your legs a little more, there’s also a communal, enclosed garden at Webbington Farm Cottages.
