3 Bedroom (Sleeps 6) Farmhouse in Ashbourne

Currently undergoing a complete refurbishment. Available from the end of March 2025. Our small farmhouse sleeps 6 people across 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms will offer a super king size bed, king size bed and bunkbeds in the third bedroom. With kitchen, two reception rooms both with log burners, private lawned garden and patio and parking. We do not accept pets to the farm.

The photos included show where we are with the refurbishment. It's coming on well! A new kitchen has been installed (a few finishing touches required), new carpets upstairs.and some finishing touches downstairs and we'll be ready to welcome guests.

Rates for mid week and longer stays are £182.50/night. Weekend rates (minimum 2 nights) are £204/night. There is an additional £55 cleaning fee per stay. Please enquire for availability of single night stays and also stays of more than 2 nights as discounts do apply, its just not possible to include every combination on this website. The pricing matrix can be found on our website once the property has been fully incorporated.

We also have The Old Barn located on site. The barn sleeps 14 people across 6 bedrooms. All bedrooms have shower ensuite. With lounge, featuring a log burner, separate dining room, kitchen and private patio out the front and parking for 5 cars. Further parking is available on site if required.
