A spacious 3 bedroomed cottage based on a sheep farm in the southern Peak District. Dining room with picture windows, cosy log fire and superb views. Close to Dovedale, Alton Towers and Chatsworth.

Fields and woodland surround this beautiful property and there are lawns for the children to play.
We have a secure garage for bikes or car.

Are you a hiking fan? Then this is Paradise! Superb walks in every direction literally from the doorstep. We have lots of walking books to borrow and a warm garage to dry your mucky boots and jackets.

If you love animals but do not want them in the house, then this is the perfect place for you. Pet Free yet surrounded by sheep, cattle and amazing wildlife from stunning little redstarts to majestic red kites, foxes, badgers and even deer in the woods by your cottage. Don't forget to bring your binoculars.

We offer 2 night stays out of season and minimum 3 nights during mid and high season.
